Meet Our Team

Sandra’s natural enthusiasm and ability to quickly build relationships create a shared learning journey of curiosity and discovery, challenge, and encouragement.  Her goal is to build skills, capability, and confidence to empower individuals to implement successful, sustainable action plans which ultimately positively impact organizational goals.

Educational Background

Sandra earned a B.S. in Business, with a minor in HumanResources from Arizona State University and is a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF.  In June of 2019, Sandra completed training with Brené Brown to become a Certified Dare to Lead™Facilitator.

Sandra is certified in Disc, Predictive Index, MBTI and theEnergy Leadership Index.  In addition, Sandra is a certified PROSCI change management practitioner.  

Desiree Musselman is a leadership coach and professional trainer who works with new and mid-level leadership.

Desiree holds two professional coaching certifications from the Integrated WellnessAcademy and Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She is also certified in the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment and ELI 360 and is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.

Developing systems, processes, and checking off tasks are some of Tracey’s favorite things. She believes that to grow a strong and stable company, you must have a strong foundation of systems and processes so that everything gets done in a timely and effective way and she loves helping to provide that for Laurie and the team.

Tracey has worked in online business since 2010 in various administrative, operations, and project management roles. She’s taken many online business courses to be able to support Laurie and the team in copywriting, marketing, and strategic planning.

When Tracey is not managing timelines and projects, researching strategies, or developing a new process, she can be found enjoying time with her husband or any of their 3 adult children on their back deck in upstate, South Carolina. She loves to read and has a bad habit of collecting books and growing her “to read” list. A fun fact many people don’t know aboutTracey is that she enjoys studying Google Maps, whether she’s planning an upcoming trip or just dreaming of the next one.

Lisa Stafford has supported Laurie Maddalena’s business since 2016.  She enjoys her administrative role after working over 25 years in the financial industry in various leadership positions working directly with clients and in international operational roles.

Lisa assists with daily operations which encompass a variety of administrative tasks.  Some of her personal favorites are helping create documents for Laurie’s LeadershipPrograms and generating various reports for Emotional Intelligence, DiSC andMyers-Briggs. She updates the company’s finance, accounting, tax systems, accounts receivables and payables.  

She is a friend to all, a colleague, employee and supporter of women empowerment and Laurie Maddalena’s mission.

Lisa is very active and golfs whenever she can. She lovesPilates, Zumba and is an avid reader. She is most happy when traveling the world with her husband or across the country to visit her daughter.  She loves pasta and a good Italian Nebbiolo or Barolo wine.
