Laurie

Laurie Maddalena is CEO of Envision Excellence, a leadership consulting firm that provides leadership development programs for managers and executives, keynote speeches, teambuilding, and leadership assessments. She is a dynamic and engaging keynote speaker who has delivered impactful presentations to leaders nationally.

Laurie is a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), a designation earned by less than 15% of speakers worldwide. She writes a monthly online column for next generation leaders for CUES, has published articles in Credit Union Management, and is a contributing writer on leadership for The Huffington Post and CU Insight.

Laurie has been personally mentored by Jack Canfield, author of The Success Principles, and is a certified Success Principles Trainer. She has also worked directly with Brené Brown, bestselling author and researcher, and is a certified Dare to Lead facilitator.

Prior to establishing her own coaching and consulting business, Laurie served as Vice President of Human Resources/Organizational Development at Montgomery County Teachers Federal Credit Union (MCT). Under Laurie’s leadership, MCT was awarded the “Excellent Place to Work” designation by the Maryland Work~Life Alliance for seven years in a row.

Laurie earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a Master of Science degree in human resources/organizational development from The University of Maryland, University College. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in speech communication from Syracuse University. In addition, Laurie holds the designation of Professional Human Resources (PHR) from the Society of Human Resources, is a certified executive coach through The Coaches Training Institute, and completed team and organizational coaching training through The Center for Right Relationship and Team Coaching International.

Laurie is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, The Leadership Circle 360 degree assessment and culture survey, FIRO-Business assessment (interpersonal skills), Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode (conflict style), and EQi (emotional intelligence). She is also a certified Success Principles trainer, and mentored directly with Jack Canfield, the author of The Chicken Soup for the Soul series and The Success Principles: How to Get From Where You Are to Where You Want to Be.

Laurie lives in Maryland with her husband, Rino, and their three young children, Olivia, Luca and Clara. She is a culinary enthusiast, avid reader, cappuccino lover, and enjoys a nice glass of Cabernet.

Sandra Long is a senior executive coach and leadership consultant with Envision Excellence. She has worked in and with a variety of industries including; oil and gas, wholesale distribution, credit collections and healthcare, with clients ranging from Fortune 200 to dynamic startup organizations. As part of her leadership development portfolio, Sandra has designed and delivered leadership capability programs for individuals, cross-functional and executive teams in order to drive performance and support succession planning.  Sandra has also served as an executive coach to leaders to support individual development in a one-on-one environment in order to achieve significant business results.

Sandra utilizes her knowledge of organizational behavior and business expertise to develop programs tailored to each organization’s unique needs.  Sandra’s natural enthusiasm and ability to quickly build relationships creates a shared learning journey of curiosity and discovery, challenge and encouragement.  Sandra’s ultimate goal is to build skills, capability and confidence to empower individuals to implement successful, sustainable action plans which ultimately positively impact organizational goals.

Sandra earned a B.S. in Business, with a minor in Human Resources from Arizona State University and is a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF.  Sandra has completed training with Brené Brown to become a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator.

Sandra is certified in Disc, Predictive Index, MBTI and the Energy Leadership Index.  In addition, she is a certified PROSCI change management practitioner.

Desiree MusselmanDesiree Musselman is a leadership coach and professional trainer who works with new and mid-level leadership.

Desiree has designed full leadership development programs for existing and upcoming leaders focusing on soft skills, including emotional intelligence, communication skills, team dynamics, and work/life integration.

Desiree holds two professional coaching certifications from the Integrated Wellness Academy and Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She is also certified in the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment and ELI 360.

Kristi Dooley

Kristi Dooley is an organizational development (OD) consultant and senior executive coach. Kristi draws on her 25 years’ experience in the human resources industry and her substantial relationship building skills to partner with executives to co-create ideal solutions to complex challenges, laying the foundation for workplace transformation and individual growth.

Kristi’s expertise includes strategic planning, organization assessment, change management and executive coaching.  She helps leaders create highly engaged work forces that succeed through collaboration, teamwork and effective communication.  Kristi applies her coaching expertise to help executives work at their highest potential by listening deeply, identifying what’s getting in their way of having the impact they want, and challenging them to create their desired results. Kristi is also passionate about helping her clients create an intentionally lived life that most fulfills and energizes them.

Kristi has served in a variety of roles including Employee Relations Manager for a Fortune 500 company, internal OD specialist and trainer in several local government organizations, and as a coach and consultant to private and public sector senior leaders.

Kristi graduated summa cum laude with an MA in Public Administration from the University of Virginia and graduated with a BA in Politics from Washington and Lee University. Kristi’s post-graduate work has included earning a certificate in Organizational Development from Georgetown University, as well as a certification as a Professional Coactive Coach by the Coaches Training Institute.  Additionally, Kristi is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach, a high level distinction as an experienced coaching practitioner, by the International Coaching Federation.
