"Since attending this program, I have made significant changes to my leadership style, and taken more of a coach approach. In doing so I have seen vast improvements from my direct reports...they are thinking for themselves! There were many things I like about the program. The open dialogue allowed for real life examples to be discussed, and the "Grow Work" assigned kept me accountable! My time management skills have improved, and I have shared some time management tricks with my staff that has helped them and their productivity. I found this program to be very empowering! The best part of the program was learning the tools to manage up and have synergy with staff to also manage up and provide coaching tools for growth. Everything was well thought out and organized and the supplemental material given was a great resource for building on classroom sessions. I have focused on the strengths finder and leadership assessments, and have taken points from those and am working on implementing them in my leadership.
